$27,215.40  - $30,631.80  per annum plus performance range

Reporting to the Senior Program Coordinator, Cultural Management Programs, Division of Continuing Studies, the Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for the administration, planning, delivery, and evaluation of online distance education credit courses offered to cultural heritage professionals worldwide. Courses are offered using a mix of print and web-based resources and facilitated through Moodle, an online course management system. This position will also support online components of courses with blended online and intensive delivery models. The Program Coordinator will work independently and collaboratively with Program colleagues and Distance Education Services to provide administrative support to content specialists, instructors, advisory groups, and participants to ensure effective and timely course development and delivery.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to education or to cultural heritage studies, along with several years experience in educational program development in the cultural heritage sector. This position requires specialized knowledge and experience in adult education, instructional design, and social networking and learning technologies; computer proficiency; planning and management skills; excellence in written and verbal communication; and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
