[BCMA] Conference 2010 - Cultural Crawl

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

Do you have to be going to the conference to attend this event? Is it similar to the Cultural Crawl in Vancouver (whereby it is open to the general public) or do you have to be a registrant to the BCMA conference.
