The inaugural NextGen: Canada program is a multifaceted learning and 
career development experience. Participants will examine trends and 
challenges in the Canadian museum sector, gain the right perspectives to 
successfully lead museums in the twenty-first century, as well as become 
immersed in the knowledge, skills, and wisdom of mentors and a 
professional faculty.
