[BCMA] Career Opportunities with Canadian Museum for Human Rights

Another case of buttering both sides of the bread.

Here the CMHR is advertising for two senior "programming" personnel where only one is needed. Overbloating the top of an organization with too many management levels not only wastes precious budgets, but invariably constipates decision-making and undermines the willingness to take risks.

Ironically, in this case, a few working level "human rights" like creativity or critical comment likely will be trampled-upon in the process, too.
