*In conjunction with the exhibit, The Cutting Edge: A History Of 
Technology And Richmond, the Richmond Museum, Richmond Multicultural 
Concerns Society, and Joy TV invite Richmond's businesses, employees, 
and new Canadians to a free workshop to explore the successes and 
challenges of creating and sustaining a more diverse and inclusive 
workplace.

*Darlene Gering*, Burnaby Board of Trade's President and CEO, will share 
successes and lessons learned from the Board's innovative and widely 
acclaimed "Breaking Down the Barriers" project. Darlene's presentation, 
"Business Embracing Diversity", will highlight the benefits and values 
of a diversified workplace, and inspire ideas for effectively creating 
and sustaining one.

*Hugo and Helmut Eppich*, co-founders and principals of the Ebco Group 
of Companies, will share their perspectives on the value of workplace 
diversity, as well as keys to building a successful multicultural 
workplace. Ebco's workforce represents over 80 nationalities, and has 
been a leader of industry in Richmond for over 50 years.

Come share your experiences and ideas on this topic, facilitated through 
dynamic dialogue and interactive theatre by Richmond in 3D (3D = 
Diversity, Dialogue and Drama).
