[BCMA] Websites

I've used Plone (http://plone.org) for years and have built many web sites,
including http://sunshinecoastmuseum.ca/ and
http://pointellicehouse.ca/using it. The effort required to learn is
never zero, but in most cases you
get out what you put in. If you don't have money, then maybe there are
volunteers - the Point Ellice House site is mostly maintained by them.

Plone is an open-source (free) Content Management System, a competitor (in
my opinion better than) Joomla, mentioned below.
