Calling Artists from Hope to Surrey to Bellingham
1st Fraser Valley Biennale - Regional Art Exhibition
Upcoming Artist Info Sessions

Abbotsford, BC...The Reach Gallery Museum Abbotsford, in concert with the Abbotsford, Mission, Maple Ridge and Langley Arts Councils, calls all visual artists who live in the region from Hope to Surrey to Bellingham to submit art works to the 1st Fraser Valley Regional Biennale (FV Biennale) running June 16 - October 9, 2011. The FV Biennale celebrates and explores visual art-making and represents a wide range of visual art that reveals the unique creative production that is local to the Fraser Valley.


The FV Biennale will accept submissions in all mediums including; painting, drawing, installation photography, sculpture, printmaking, video, film and applied arts and crafts.  The Reach and the Regional Arts Councils are hosting a series of informal information sessions for interested artists to learn about the exhibition and get answers to questions regarding the submission process. The upcoming sessions take place at:
