The successful applicant will possess:
--a university degree (or equivalent knowledge / experience);
--effective leadership and supervisory skills;
--curatorial experience;
--administrative skills including the ability to write funding 
applications, and
--competency and creativity in museum planning, research, exhibitions
   and programming.
 
Heritage Park Museum is establishing a photograph and document
Archive.  The development of initial standards and procedures for this 
facility
will be considered a part of the curator's responsibilities.
