Join local historian Bruce MacDonald for a fascinating exploration of Delamont Park. Delamont/Kitsilano officially began in 1905, the year the neighbourhood was named, the streetcar service was extended to Kitsilano beach and development started in earnest. Amazingly, amongst the blocks and blocks of apartment buildings in east Kitsilano is a small group of houses surviving from those earliest years and beyond.  Come and explore unique homes from Kitsilano's pioneer years, with the local historian who wrote the heritage report on Delamont for its owners, the Parks Board.
