Nanaimo Museum Summer Employment Opportunities 



The Nanaimo Museum is now accepting applications from students that are
interested in working with the Nanaimo Museum for the summer of 2011.  

We have applied for grants from the Young Canada Works in Heritage
Organization and Canada Summer Jobs for monetary subsidies and the
positions are conditional upon the approval of the grant applications.

The positions will include work involved with the day to day running of
the museum, curatorial duties, event planning and promotion, translation
of text to French, digitization of the photo database, and the carrying
out the Bastion summer cannon firings.
