[BCMA] Canada Summer Jobs

I was told everyone would hear one way or another by end of May. Which is 
near.
Also they said it was held up so the MLA's would be known after the 
election, and they each has a say in the process.
Also they said they would mail by snail mail the info, but then the possible 
postal strike rumours started.. So I was told they'd email.
