[BCMA] pros/cons of being a Municipal Museum/archives.....

Hi all,

I have a quick question.  Would you be willing to share with me some of the
benefits and drawbacks of being a municipal museum/archives? Does being an
entity of a municipality limit your ability to apply for grants?  Has there
been a pronounced change in your ability to fundraise?  What's great about
being a municipal museum?
