Response from RBCM Conservation Department:

Back when we used hygrothermographs, we sent them to Frederick Goertz, Ltd in Vancouver for servicing. We don't see anything current for them on the internet, except for a reference that perhaps Brandt bought them out. Our advice would be to purchase an electronic data logger. Hygrothermographs are expensive to run and repair, and they must be reconditioned and recalibrated constantly to retain accuracy. Data loggers are cheap and as long as they have an office computer, they can purchase one for less than what it would cost to repair an old hygrothermograph.

Subject: [BCMA] Repair/service of hygrothermographs

Good Afternoon,

Can anyone recommend a service/repair agent for Isuzu hygrothermographs in the Lower Mainland? Or as near as possible to BC?
