[BCMA] Owl History Needed

I am writing a brief history of OWL for the next BCMA Round Up.  For all of
you who have knowledge and experiences with the BCMA's membership mascot
OWL, and know of his history, could you please send them to me at
kitimatmuseum at telus.net 

 

I would love to hear about his birth, life, travels, and disappearances, and
any experiences you have had with OWL.  Attached is the earliest mention I
have found from 1971.
