So we can include mention of the donation, if you are able to move the red bar at the top up a bit  (losing some of the white space), this would create more room at the bottom for the addition of at least the first paragraph below (we don't need to include the quote). To celebrate the launch of Kesu': The Art and Life of Doug Cranmer, MOA is gifting 500 of the books to secondary schools in BC. This publication about one of BC's most significant First Nations artists provides an opportunity for MOA to reach out to educators. Accompanying the books will be a Teacher's Guide, developed in collaboration with UBC Museum Studies students.  Both the book and the Teacher's Guide will encourage the study of Doug Cranmer's work and continuing artistic legacy for generations to come.

I can definitely do so, but I think in that case we should change the descriptions so that there is much less text - otherwise we'll have difficulty fitting in all the information.

Also, just to clarify, we are using the document as an invitation to send to our staff, and their contacts, but did not plan on printing any posters from it.

The current version with correct details is below for reference.
