[BCMA] BCMA Seeks Donations for an EXCITING Online Auction

The BCMA is seeking creative, fun and, of course, valuable donations  
for an Online Fundraising Auction.

With no silent auction this year as part of Conference, the BCMA is  
looking for donations from its members for an Online Fundraising  
Auction. We welcome the donation of packages or items (smaller items  
and/or experiential packages are encouraged in order to save on  
shipping costs).

A thank you to Paul Crawford, Director/Curator of the Penticton Art  
Gallery and Peter Ord, Curator of the Penticton Museum who have  
already stepped up to the plate with an exciting "two curators and a  
wine maker" package.

How the Auction Works:
1. Come up with an exciting package or item to donate (smaller items  
and/or experiential packages are encouraged in order to save on  
shipping costs).
2. Fill out the attached form with all the details and email it to  
auction coordinator, Julie Fowler, media at imarts.com by February 20,  
2012.
3. When the auction begins in March, tell your friends and colleagues  
around the world about it and bid on the great items from  
institutions and supporters across the province.
4. Ship the item to the winning bidder when the auction closes.

The BCMA will provide contact details of the winning bidder and would  
appreciate it greatly if the donating institution would provide for  
the shipping costs.

Deadline to submit is February 20th, 2012 and the auction will run in
