[BCMA] Online Calendar/Task Management

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

We use Google calendar at the Maple Ridge Museum & Archives.  My view 
has three separate colourcoded calendars integrated - one for staff 
activities, one for the Historical Society board and membership that 
also shows on our website, and one personal.  I can look at all at once 
or just one.  My staff can all add and change things on the staff 
calendar but only the curator and I can change the Historical Society 
calendar.  No one but me can see my personal calendar.  They can all be 
accessed from anywhere and including phones, iPads and all computers.  I 
can no longer imagine life without it. :-)
