[BCMA] Forfeiture Clause

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

I'm currently looking into getting a policy drafted for our loan agreements for exhibition purposes. Does anyone have a clause in their policies that includes forfeiture? I'm hoping to secure clear language that solidifies the possibility that if a lender fails to pick up their loaned object within a certain time frame, they forfeit the right to ownership and the right becomes ours to either accession or deaccession.
