- The H-Factor!



Students! Join The Reach for a free after-school program designed to make learning history FUN!
Create, script and perform six one-minute vignettes based on the popular Historica Heritage Minutes. The Reach will post the Abbotsford Minutes to YouTube and The Reach website so the whole community, and the world, can enjoy and learn from them!
With the help of a UFV history student, using the vast store of information held in The Reach archives participants research historical events or outstanding citizens then, using what they learned develop a Reach Minute.  Participants will have the support of actors to guide them through developing their performance; help with sets and costuming and a professional videographer to make sure the videos are awesome!
Minutes workshops are Thursday afternoons, 3:30 to 4:30pm, at The Reach, 32388 Veterans Way, Abbotsford and will include two Saturdays in January to film!
