[BCMA] Sample agreements between museums and their supporting societies?

Hello all--

I've just taken over as operator at the Grist Mill and Gardens in 
Keremeos and am looking to formalize the relationship with the "Friends" 
society. Would anyone on the list have a sample "Memorandum of 
Understanding" document between their cultural institution and their 
supporting non-profit societies that I might use as a model, or at least 
as grist for the (proverbial) mill?
