Join Ivan as he discusses the the clothing rituals of birth, marriage and death at this SMOC-sponsored talk at the Beaty Museum.
This is the final talk in a series of four lectures to accompany the exhibit Invoking Venus: Feathers and Fashion, with art by Catherine Stewart and garments from the collections of Claus Jahnke and Ivan Sayers. Dr. Yosef Wosk has graciously provided funding for SMOC to promote this lecture.
