[BCMA] Program Registrations

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

We're updating the way we process registrations for our public programs and
wanted to see what other museums are doing. How do you process program
registrations? Do you have a method for online registrations? Do you have a
database system - which one? Or are you just using simple pen-and-paper
registration sheets? What works for your organization?

 

Also, do you out some sort of confirmation (tickets, confirmation sheets
etc.)? How are you sending it (email, pick up at the museum)? Could you send
us an example of what you are sending out?

 

We would like to set this up as cheaply as possible and would appreciate any
suggestions. Currently, we are just taking down names on a paper
registration sheet and then entering the data into an excel spreadsheet.
