[BCMA] Westbank Museum Raffle

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

The Westbank Museum has recently acquired 2 donations of gift certificates:
whitewater rafting, and a scenic local boat tour (both expire at the end of
August). We have hopes of raffling these donations off as a type of
fundraiser for our museum.

Any ideas of how we can raffle these tickets off? Do we have to go through
the gaming commission, or is there an simpler solution?
