Good Food and Good Fortune:  Food Security In Migrant Communities

Good health is good fortune, but having money doesn't always translate to good food and health.  
What is food security and what does that look like to different migrant and cultural communities? In this lecture, Colin Dring, the Executive Director of Richmond Food Security Society will speak to common challenges facing these communities to enjoying food security and how his organization is tackling these issues in the intercultural landscape of Richmond and Metro Vancouver.

This lecture is part of the Multicultural Foods in B.C. – Photography Contest and Exhibition Project. Nov. 9 – Dec. 22, 2013  Tuesday – Sunday 11am – 5pm. Free admission.

本講座配合正在展出的《卑詩省多元飲食文化攝影競賽及展覽》，11月9日至12月22日，周二至周日上午11時至下午5時開放。免費入場。
