[BCMA] Royal BC Museum - Digital Manager Position

Hello All,

The Royal BC Museum is hiring a Digital Manager.  The position is responsible for management of the museum and archives digital and other technology projects including corporate website, social media, mobile initiatives, digital asset management software and virtual exhibitions.  The incumbent will help oversee implementation a of collection management system project, manage the development of a staff intranet, work with the Head of New Archives & Digital Preservation to create and implement departmental strategy and researching emerging technologies to identify better ways to improve access to the collections.  The incumbent works with a high degree of independence to coordinate and analyze the delivery, implementation and maintenance of the Royal BC Museum's digital services and projects, while leading a team of professional staff.
