Old Fashioned Family Social
August 23rd from 11am – 3pm
Father Pandsoy Mission,3685 Benvoulin Rd (corner of Benvoulin and Casorso
Rd)
$2 for adults and $5 for families

The Okanagan Historical Society, Kelowna Branch, will be hosting an Old
Fashioned Family Social at the Father Pandsoy Mission on August 23rd from
11am – 3pm. This Branch fundraising event is for all ages, so bring your
family and friends! There will be lots of pioneer type activities including
old fashioned clothes washing, spinning and weaving, and calligraphy
demonstrations. Have fun and learn at the Westbank First Nation activity
booth and admire the antique fire trucks and tractors, children can even
ride a mini-train! There will also be lots of entertainment for all to
enjoy and there will be burgers, hot dogs and fries available for purchase
along with water, juice, pop and ice cream.
