Spirit of Rail Heritage

 

West Coast Railway Association Chair Bob Philip cordially invites you to 

An Enchanted Evening 

recognizing the significant contributions of the West Coast Railway
Association in the Spirit of Rail Heritage. 

Featuring live musical performances, inspired art, interactive activities
and a live auction. 

Please join us at the Roundhouse Community Centre Tuesday, September 9, 2014
for an evening defined by discovery, community and progress.

Evening Program

·       5:30pm Champagne and Canapés Reception with live musical
entertainment in the 374 Pavilion

·       6:15pm Train travel through time

·       6:30pm Interactive activities in Exhibition Hall

·       7:15pm Guests seated, welcome words

·       7:30pm Dinner is served

·       8:45pm Live auction 

·       9:00pm Dessert and final activities

·       9:30pm Goodnight

 

Location: Roundhouse Community Centre, 181 Roundhouse Mews, Vancouver, BC

Parking: Pay parking available directly underneath the Roundhouse

Ticket Price: $250 per guest, $2,500 for a table of 10

The West Coast Railway Association is a registered charity and adheres to
Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations regarding the issuance of all
receipts. Tax-deductible receipts will be issued to event participants for
the gift portion of the ticket price. The gift portion of the ticket price
will be calculated following the event based on the ‘fair market value’ of
the event.

 

The West Coast Railway Association is a non-profit society, all income
received goes towards our mandate to collect, preserve, and exhibit railway
artifacts at our Heritage Park in Squamish.
