Hi George,

I have used LED lights in two different institutions with great results.

LED lights can reduce energy costs, last up 25,000 hours, and produce a
light that is similar to natural light.

They are more expensive depending on the brand but in my opinion well
worth the cost.

BC Hydro also has a rebate program that can help with the up-front cost
of up-grading your lighting system.

I would recommend the use of LED lights to all museums and art galleries
in BC.
