[BCMA] FW: very small museum questions

Hello all

I look after the Greek Heritage Project Museum within the Greek Community of
Vancouver Island. We are small in all ways including budget.

 

I am looking for a source for unbuffered acid free tissue paper for fabric
storage-preferable within BC.

 

I also have an art book printed before 1969 that has fabric based outer
cover and it is ripping along the spine. Any quick though correct ideas for
mending. Can't afford taking it to a binder but I strongly suspect duct tape
is not the answer.
