[BCMA] 30 pound scale circa 1890s

Hello,


The Westbank Museum recently received a 30 pound weigh-scale, circa 1890's
(what we can see written on the scale).

 

The owner has no historic information on the scale. There is no manufacturer
name on the scale, however we did find a serial number 325J68.

 

If anyone has any information to help us identify this artefact it would be
greatly appreciated.
