Community Perspectives Tour with Tricia Sellmer
Thursday, July 10, 7:00 pm

Join local artist Tricia Sellmer for an interpretive tour of the Kamloops Art Gallery's current exhibitions, Ted Smith: A Retrospective and Jack Shadbolt: Seven Decades of Works on Paper. An accomplished painter, writer and curator, Sellmer will draw from her considerable knowledge and personal interest in painting to illuminate works in the exhibition.

Tricia Sellmer is a Kamloops-based artist working primarily within the parameters of painting and drawing. As an independent working artist she also writes, lectures and curates projects and exhibitions. Recently she opened Chazou Gallery, a project space in Kamloops that caters to contemporary Canadian and International artists. She holds degrees from three universities and has participated in numerous residencies.
