[BCMA] E-newsletter subscription management services in Canada

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

I am looking into services to manage the Surrey Art Gallery's e-newsletter and subscriber database. I would like to know what is out there that you have had success with and, in particular, what services are Canadian based so that contact information stays on Canadian servers.
