[BCMA] Sooke Region Museum Salmon BBQ & Open House

Hi,

 

Just a quick reminder that our annual Salmon BBQ & Open House is next Sunday
(June 22nd) from noon - 3pm.

 

In addition to our mouth watering Salmon BBQ, we will have other foods, kid
games, new exhibits unveiled, special behind the scene tours and other
activities.

 

This is a very busy summer at the museum, other activities include: 

 

Summer Day Camps for kids.

 

Special 150th commemoration of the Leechtown Gold Rush on Saturday July
19th, complete with entertainment from the Sooke Harbour Players, kid games,
Spinnakers Brewpub sponsorship, from noon - 4pm

 

Sooke Night Market every Thursday from 5pm - 8:30, until September 4th. 

 

A collaborative exhibit with the Charters River Salmon Interpretive Centre
on the historic Water Flowline built 100 years ago to supply water to
Victoria in August and September at the Centre.
