Revealing Indigeneity: the photographic works of Thosh Collins

Join talented photographer Anthony "Thosh" Collins as he talks about his
work as a freelance  photographer focused on indigenous communities across
North America. His  youth workshops promote cultural preservation, wellness,
nutrition and  fitness from an indigenous perspective though the arts.   

Accessible and dynamic, his work is a testament to the endurance, beauty and
diversity of indigenous peoples, and is often featured on the cover of
Native Peoples Magazine and on Indian Country Today Media Network. 

Thosh became a photographer 16 years ago, while a student at the New School
for the Arts in Scottsdale, Arizona. Upon graduation, he attended the San
Francisco Art Institute on a scholarship. There he became interested in
portraiture and fashion photography. Today he is sought after by
up-and-coming First Nations designers like Bethany Yellowtail and Sho Sho
Esquiro.
