Sharing Our Stories: Preserving Multicultural Histories on the North Shore

North Vancouver has undergone many changes in recent years, especially with the diversity of people residing in our community. The exhibit Sharing Our Stories features oral histories and memory boxes highlighting the experiences of some of our Canadian Iranian residents. They speak to why they chose to live here, and about their challenges creating new lives on the North Shore.

The exhibit runs from October 25, 2014 to March 28, 2015 at the Community History Centre, 3203 Institute Road, in Lynn Valley. Visit www.nvma.ca<http://www.nvma.ca> or give us a call at (604) 990-3700 x8016 for more information.

This project was organized with the support of the Iranian Canadian Advisory Committee.
