Fall Day Art Camps
September 8 until school resumes
Ages 6-12

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00pm
Half and full day registrations and extended hours available
Gallery members: $16/day Non-Members: $20/day

In support of students, teachers and families in the Thompson-Nicola Region, the Kamloops Art Gallery will begin offering day art camps beginning September 8 and continuing until students return to school.

Let us entertain and educate your children all day and send them home with something beautiful for your fridge. Led by local artist and KAG art instructor Stephanie Patsula, these day camps will explore different media and techniques each day through fun and educational lessons that draw from British Columbia's provincial learning outcomes.

The first week will feature a selection of mixed media workshops, engaging children in drawing and painting, collage and paper sculpture, printmaking, clay and found material sculpture and book and zine making. Each day has space for 15 students between the ages of 6-12. Full program details will be available soon on our website and facebook page.
