Our friends at Miller Dickinson Blais recently published a short article about the importance of local art clusters. 

 

They have found that cities that take the lead in supporting local community art clusters are enabling an overall economic boost. 

 

Artists and creative people tend to work collectively. You'll notice an artsy shop pop-up, and very quickly, in a neighbourhood full of unique boutiques, galleries and coffee shops. As condensed areas for creative commerce, art clusters "provide economic benefits by attracting new businesses, visitors, residents, and tourism dollars."
