Patricia Hammond brings post-war songs to Museum of Vancouver: January 17 at 7pm

Direct from London England, singing sensation Patricia Hammond takes her audience back in time with this evening of song inspired by the Museum of Vancouver’s feature exhibition, ‘From Rationing to Ravishing<http://museumofvancouver.ca/ravishing>.’ Be transported on a lyrical journey with ‘rationing-era’ songs like, “Wish Me Luck as You Wave Me Goodbye,” to ‘ravishing’ post-war tunes such as, “She Wears Red Feathers and a Huly-Huly Skirt.” A cash bar will also be available to enhance the evening’s enjoyment! Hammond will be accompanied by accomplished guitarist Budge Schachte.
