[BCMA] Fur coats in need of a new home

I can't believe my timing for this one

Burnaby Village Museum is making room in its costume collection and has a number of fur coats to pass along.

If anyone is interested in a coat let me know (contact information below). I can send an image by return email.

All of the coats are in wearable condition.

Fur coats BVM

#1   Three quarter length double breasted black lambs wool coat with cream fur collar and black satin lining. Inside Label reads Furs by Mironoff.

#2  Dark grey full length 3 button coat with grey Peter Pan fur collar and  gray lining. Inside label reads A Saltaire Fabric Made in England sold by Woodwards.

#3. Brown full length mink coat with stand up collar and brown print satin lining.  Four large faceted buttons ( one button missing) with loop closers.  No inside label.

#4. Finger tip length two tone mink jacket with brown and orange paisley lining and two large brown buttons.   A Woodwards label style no. 2026 size 12.

#5  Waist length black faux lambs wool jacket with black fur collar.

#6. Mens' faux fur brown full length coat with notched collar and brown lining.  Two large pocket, three button loops but no buttons.

#7. Brown 3/4 mink coat with shawl collar, turned up cuff and one large decorative button with satin lining.  Inside Label reads Furs By G. L. Pop.  Main at 6th, Vancouver, BC.

#8 Mens' Racoon full length coat with notched collar, three clip brand fastener and tan lining. Inside Label reads Am Hurtig Ltd. Furriers.  Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, Edmonton And Calgary locations.

#9. 3/4 black faux lambs wool with 3/4 length black mink sleeves and belted.  Black satin lining. 3 snaps and hooks.  Inside Label reads Mar-Lo of Montreal

10 Gray lambs wool coat with grey fur collar, two slit pockets, cuffed sleeves, satin lining and 4 hook and eye closures.

#11 3/4 grey faux fur with black mink collar with 3 large buttons and  grey satin lining.  Inside Label reads Persiana Styled by Julius Nestels of Canada.

#12 Grey no sleeve 3/4 rabbit fur lining  with grey fur shawl collar.

#13 Short brown mink cape with faux sleeves, hook and eye closures shawl collar with brown satin lining.

#14 brown finger tip length mink Cape, brown satin lining one hook and eye and one button and loop.  Inside Label reads Alfred Boge Furrier Spokane.
