THE GREATER VERNON MUSEUM & ARCHIVES hosts AN ARMY CADET'S FIRST EXPERIENCE
PRESENTATION

The Vernon Museum is excited to introduce its new Saturday Friends of
History lecture series, with a presentation by our very own long standing
museum volunteer and patron Francois Arseneault. A cadet alumni and an
enthusiastic unofficial camp historian, Francois' talk on "An Army Cadet's
First Experience" at the Vernon Army Cadet Camp is sure to keep your
attention and entertain. Arsenault will share his experience coming from the
big city of Calgary to the Vernon Army Camp for the first time in 1978.
He'll explain the great impact it had on him at such a young age and how
that experience has changed his life. 

The presentation will be held Saturday March 14th 1:30pm at the Greater
Vernon Museum & Archives. Everyone is welcome to attend. Pre-registration is
encouraged as space is limited. Please call the museum at (250) 542-3142
