[BCMA] Call for Submissions

Thank you David for your direction and guidance - I thought it was very
fair and positive process.

One thing I would like to add about the CDM application was their
willingness to address Archives within the potential for programming. They
have done their homework and they have identified the potential for
synergies between archives and museums within the digital realm.
