Gallery Enterprise Supervisor

Gallery enterprises, consisting of the retail areas of Gallery Shop and Art
Rental & Sales, play a significant role in reaching the AGGV’s
self-generated revenue targets.  Of total annual revenues, 60% is
self-generated and 40% is from government sources.



The Art Gallery of Greater Victoria seeks an entrepreneurial individual for
the position of Gallery Enterprise Supervisor.  The Gallery Enterprise
Supervisor will maximize revenue contributing to the advancement of the
Gallery by creating a dynamic retail environment, in keeping with Gallery
and Museum shops, in conjunction with other staff and volunteers.



The Gallery Enterprise Supervisor will provide a standard of excellence in
the provision of all retail services related to the visitor.

Qualifications include extensive retail experience with an understanding of
not-for-profit enterprises.  Submit resume and cover letter by 5:00pm
