The Richmond Olympic Oval Corporation ("ROOC"), through the City of Richmond (the "City"), invites Expressions of Interest ("EOI") from qualified and experienced Consultants, to provide specialized work involving the development of exhibitions for the Richmond Olympic Experience ("ROX"). Such work will focus on content development, in partnership with other organizations using artefact-based experiences and interactive learning.
