I would suggest PastPerfect. While it isn’t a “be-all” database (and isn’t the best for Archival collections), it is a fantastic recourse for smaller institutions. Feel free to give me a call if you’d like to chat more about it.

Hello All,

Does anyone have any information on a great data base for smaller museums? We are currently using Access and is very limited in what it can do.  Any ideas would be very much appreciated! Thank-you in advance.
