[BCMA] Job Posting: Program Coordinator - Parksville Museum

Parksville & District Historical Society is looking for an enthusiastic,
creative individual to plan and run our public programmes, and Farmers
Market.  

This is a part-time position with an average of 25 hours per week. While
scheduling is very flexible, this is a year round position. Hours are
determined by the seasonal nature of the museum's programming and events.

 

Reporting to the Museum manager, the ideal candidate will have proven
experience managing large events, as well as regular small scale activities,
for a variety of audiences.  In addition, the candidate will have a sound
understanding of community outreach, Social Media Marketing, and creating
engaging content for multiple platforms and audiences. 

 

Some experience with organizing Museum or art gallery programming preferred.
