[BCMA] advice on naming policies please

*Rossland Museum and Discovery Centre is undertaking a renewal project and
to encourage sponsors, is establishing a Naming Policy.*

*So, it would be appreciated from those of you out there who have gone
through the process any comments on the challenges of the naming program
and what you might do differently another time*.
