[BCMA] Water Can - Tinned Water

[Moderated BCMA subscriber listserv.]

This tin appears, from the typeface and the 
maker's name, to be a British product, designed 
for a survival kit, either maritime services or 
air force.  Soldiers' ration packs usually do not include water.
