[BCMA] Reminder! AABC webcast - Thursday, Nov. 17, 10am "Digital Preservation Management"

*Digital Preservation Management...Best Practices vs. Reality - November
17, 2016; 10am-12pm (PST)*

In partnership with the Irving K. Barber Centre at UBC, we are pleased to
present this webcast roundtable as a follow-up to the recent 3-day workshop
on Digital Preservation Management held at the end of October in Vancouver.

Speakers from UBC, SFU Archives and the City of Vancouver Archives will
introduce us to their digital preservation projects. The work of InterPARES
will also be discussed and participants from the workshop will join our
conversation and discuss how they are working towards implementing what
they learned to manage the digital records in their archives.

Once again we invite our membership to take part in the roundtable by
joining us in person at UBC or following us on the live webcast.
