[BCMA] Addition of culture infrastructure funding eligibility for small rural communities & not-for-profits in BC

The BC Rural Dividend program (intended for communities under 25,000 people) has updated guidelines to include eligibility for not-for-profits as well as First Nations and Local Governments  for cultural infrastructure - both new construction and renovation.

Under Community Capacity project categories, one example given is "restoring cultural building for multi-purpose community use".

Only  online applications  accepted.  Sole intake period is from October 3 to 31, 2016.
