[BCMA] Chief Dan George: Actor and Activist - Travelling Exhibition available

Dear Colleagues,

I'm pleased to announce that an exhibit on the life and legacy of Chief Dan George will be available to borrow starting in June 2018. The North Vancouver Museum & Archives is organizing this exhibit, scheduled to open in June 2017 at our Museum.

Attached is an information sheet with preliminary travelling exhibit information. If you are interested in indicating your organization's potential interest in borrowing the exhibit, or would like additional information about content, costs, and logistics, please contact me as soon as possible.

Exhibit curator, Dr. Karen Dearlove, and I will both be attending the BCMA conference and will be available for in-person discussions if you are interested. At least one confirmed exhibit partner must be secured by the end of October so NVMA can submit a funding application for the travelling exhibit to the Museums Assistance Program.
